Currently ranked at #4 in the Bellator MMA lightweight rankings, Brent Primus is returning to the cage at Bellator Dublin on February 22, 2020 in Dublin, Ireland. Ex-lightweight champion is expected to square off against local fighter Peter Queally. The bout will serve as the co-main event of the evening.

Brent Primus will look to build on a two-fight winning streak. In his last fight the 34-year-old American rebounded from a unanimous decision loss to Michael Chandler in December 2018 by submitting Tim Wilde (England) via gogoplata in the first round at Bellator Birmingham – Primus vs. Wilde on May 4, 2019.

The Eugene, Oregon native holds an overall record of 9-1-0 (Wins-Losses-Draws) in his professional career, including a 7-1-0 mark in Bellator MMA.

The 30-year-old Peter Queally, meanwhile, is 12-5-1 as a pro (1-1-0 Bellator). He is coming off a 2-round TKO win over Ryan Scope at Bellator 227 – Gallagher vs. Salazar in September 2019 and a split decision loss to Myles Price in February 2019 at Bellator 217 – Gallagher vs. Graham. At the moment the Irish fighter is 4-2-1 in his last seven fights.

Bellator Dublin is set to take place on February 22, 2020 in Dublin, Ireland. The event will be headlined by a bantamweight affair between James Gallagher and Callum Ellenor.
